      • Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to your appointment time for preparation and please turn your mobile on silent to avoid interruption. 
      • Expect a quote on services prior to commencement if you are a new client.
      • Our price structure reflects the educational level and practical experience of our stylists.
      • All prices are in $AUD and are subject to change without notice.
      • Complimentary consultations available via video call.
      • Whilst all care is taken, Hair By I accepts no responsibility for damage incurred to garments/personal items whilst in-salon.
      • All appointments are sent a confirmation text 48hrs prior to service. Hair By I reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed appointment.
      • If running late, please notify us as it may interfere with your treatment time. Anything later than 15 mins may incur us to cancel your appointment and a late cancellation fee will apply with any deposits paid being forfeited and a no show fee will be applied.
      • A 30% deposit is required upon booking online or over the phone and 50% deposit required for new clients. Appointments re-booked in salon will not require any deposits unless the appointment is long in duration and requires us to. A credit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment.
      • If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we require a min 48hrs notice otherwise a 30%-50% late cancellation fee will apply.
      • Cancellations or rescheduling within 48hrs because of sickness or looking after a minor will not allow any refunds of deposits but will allow you to transfer your deposit to your next appointment as long as it's within two weeks of original appointment. Only one deposit transfer allowed, otherwise it will be forfeited. Cancellation of the appointment will have your deposit forfeited and late fee applied if within 48hrs.
      • No show appointments will incur 100% of the service cost which will be added or charged to your card on your account and will need to be paid in order to make future bookings. Repeat no show offenders will be asked to pay their appointment in full prior or even banned from the salon in extreme cases.
      • Hair By I will not refund or exchange for change of mind of any hair service. You can exchange unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase.
      • All appointments booked outside of standard trade hours will incur a 15% surcharge and will require payment in full when making the appointment
      • Hair By I will not tolerate rude, violent or aggressive behavior from clients .   These type of clients will be asked to leave and never to return.
      • All complaints and feedback whether good or bad are to be made directly to management at admin@hairbyi.com.au or by calling the salon. 
      • Hair By I, hereby  undertakes to keep all information supplied in clients forms secure and confidential. Hair By I will not pass this information to any third party, and will use the information given by you solely for assessing your suitability to fill the position described above.
      • Hair By I gives an undertaking that the information you have provided will only be used by this salon for the sole purpose of  providing quality service to you and will not be given to any other persons. Your information will be stored on our computer and password protected.
      • Prices may vary upon individual consultations and are subject to change without notice. All bookings are required to pay a 30% deposit. A card on file will be saved to your profile.
      • Hair By I accepts cash, eftpos and most major credit cards, Zip Pay and Afterpay .
      • Hair By I requests that  children are monitored to ensure safety of staff and for consideration of other guests. 
      • Price Increases can occur at any given time without notice subject to the needs of the business.
      • Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of  purchase. No refunds will be given for unused or expired gift vouchers.
      • If you're not happy with your service please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will try our best to rectify any situation within the 7 day notice period, anything over 7 days will not be considered.
      • We are a sustainable salon and a $3 sustainable fee is charged to all client invoices part of sustainable salons Australia. Hair By I realises some people are unsure about entering their personal details into websites over the Internet. Below, we explain how we use your information and how we protect your privacy. Hair By I and its associated companies respect and protect your right to privacy in relation to your interactions with this website. Any information which is provided by you to Hair By I via this website or otherwise will be treated in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003 and/or such amending or replacement legislation as may be adopted in Ireland from time to time.

INFORMATION REQUIRED TO PROCESS YOUR BOOKING

For us to process a booking for you, we require some information from you. This includes your name, your phone number, address and email address. Also, since we confirm your booking while you are on the site, we require your credit or debit card details so we can guarantee your booking when you pay your deposit.

WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION

We are required to send your information to the salon with which you booked salon services so that the salon knows who you are and when you will use its salon services. We give your name, your phone number, your address and your email address and of course, the details of your booking. The salon requires this information to accept a confirmed booking from you. All salons on whose behalf we facilitate bookings have agreed to the Hair By I  terms and conditions and accept this privacy policy.

All sensitive information exchanged between your computer and our site is encrypted using SSL. Our SSL Cert. is provided by Verisign. This ensures that your information is transmitted securely and is safe from third parties.

You should be aware that where you link to another web site from this web site, that Hair By I  has no control over that other web site. Accordingly, Hair By I cannot guarantee that the controller of that web site will respect your privacy in the same manner as Hair By I.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We only use your email address for sending you a confirmation of your bookings or to contact you for any reason directly linked to your booking, or occasionally to inform you of new features on Hair By I. We only use your phone number to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your booking.

You have the right to request a copy of the information which we hold about you (for which we may charge you a small fee) and to have inaccuracies in the information corrected.

On occasions, we may supply statistics about our customers to third-parties such as salons or salon service providers. These statistics never contain personally identifying information.
